Chickpea dahl loaf
1 packet of bachelors curry flavour rice
1 tin of chickpea dahl (I used sainsburys which is 5.5 syns because I couldn't find any others but aldi does a lower syn version)
3 eggs.
- Preheat the oven to 200 c.
- Make up the rice following the instructions on the pack.
- When the rice is done, mix in the three eggs and the tin of chick pea dahl.
- Spoon into a baking dish
- Cook for around 30 minutes or until the loaf is firm.
Total syns is 5.5 so cut into 6 makes it less than 1 syn a slice!
