Ingredients
1 small gammon or pork joint
1 chopped onion
2 chopped peppers (or I just used some frozen ones)
3 crushed garlic cloves
1 tbsp paprika
2 tins of baked beans
6 tbsp tomato puree
1 chopped red chilli (or tsp or chilli powder)
Method
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours, separate the gammon with forks before serving
All syn free and really filling! Could easily be served on its own or with chips/rice/jacket etc
